摘要
采用问卷调查及实验研究等方法,对浙江师范大学部分的大学生和温州大学(筹)初教院大专班部分的大学生就身体自尊状况、不同锻炼形式对身体自尊的不同影响进行了系统的实验研究。实验结果证明:1)男大学生的身体自尊水平均显著高于女大学生;2)篮球、羽毛球、慢跑、健美锻炼形式对于身体自尊水平偏低的大学生都有不同程度的调节作用。其中,健美操对男、女大学生身体自尊水平及各维度都具有明显改善作用;篮球对男大学生身体自尊水平及“身体状况”和“身体强壮”维度上的作用比较显著;羽毛球对男大学生“身体状况”和“身体强壮”维度上的作用比较显著;慢跑只对男大学生“身体强壮”维度上有显著的调节作用。
By using the methods of questionnaire and experimental research, this study conducted a survey on the most of university students from Zhejiang Normal University and Elementary Educational College of Wenzhou University, with a focus on the body-esteem condition and various influences of different physical exercises on it are concerned. The results indicated that: 1) the levels of body-esteem of male university students were significantly higher than those of female college students; 2) basketball, badminton, jogging, and acrobatics can adjust university students with the low-leveled body-esteem to different extent. Acrobatics can make distinct improvement on both male and female students body-esteem. Both basketball and badminton had more effectively influence on the levels of body esteem on "physical condition" and "upper body strength" of male students, while jogging had obvious adjustment on the "upper body strength" of male students.
