摘要
随着全国亿万学子的"阳光体育运动"的推出,在全面解读阳光体育运动的内涵基础上,本文通过对当期高校体育教学存在的不足和问题进行分析,以"健康第一"为出发点,探讨体育课内外一体化教学模式的优越性,进而充分认识高校阳光体育运动的重要意义。
With the nationwide hundreds of millions of students of the sunshine sports launched, in the compre-hensive interpretation of sunshine sports connotation foundation, based on the current college sports teaching defi-ciencies and problems were analyzed, based on health first as the starting point, this paper discusses integration of curricular and extracurricular physical education teaching model superiority, and fully understand college sunshine sports significance.
