16层螺旋CT在前列腺电切手术中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨16排螺旋CT在前列腺电切中的应用价值。方法78例前列腺增生患者术前行16排螺旋CT造影并虚拟成像,指导前列腺电切术(观察组)。102例因经济原因未行造影等检查者为对照组。结果与对照组相比,78例前列腺电切术明显提高了手术效率,缩短了手术时间,减少了出血,无并发症发生。结论通过16排螺旋CT虚拟成像,充分显示血管大小与走向,为静脉窦提供明确毗邻关系,为手术提供明确指导,提高了手术效率,减少出血量,避免手术并发症及损伤,是值得推荐的前列腺电切术的术前检查。
