摘要
目的 探讨前列腺切除术中及术后大出血的原因和防治对策。方法 对本院1983年以来行前列腺切除术的496例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 496例患者中,23例术中及术后发生大出血,其中术中大出血4例,应用碘仿纱腺窝填塞止血,术后大出血19例,14例经保守治疗治愈,5例经再次开放手术止血。结论 针对出血原因,采用有效措施可减少术中术后出血。
Objective To probe into the causes and the management of severe hemorrhage ofprostatectomy and post-prostatectomy. Methods By retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of allthe 496 patients, who underwent prostatectomies in our hospital since 1983.Results Among those 496patients, 23 cases had massive hemorrhage during and/or after operation.When severe hemorrhageoccurred during operation in 4 patients, we stanched the bleeding by iodoform gauze packing hemostasis.As for the other 19 patients, who had severe bleeding after operation, 14 were cured successfully throughconservative treatment while 5 underwent reexploration to achieve hemostasis.Conclusions Takingdifferent effective measures according to different causes of hemorrhage can greatly reduce hemorrhageduring and/or after prostatectomy.
