摘要
针对项目群管理中的资源冲突问题,着重从项目群进度方面,利用关键链项目管理(CCPM)技术和可视化项目管理模型——V模型结合的方法,确定项目群的关键链,并设置缓冲。最终在CCPM和V模型结合的基础下,提高整个项目群管理水平。
To the question of the resourses＇ conflict in the projects cluster managing, emphasizing the schedule of projects cluster managing ,taking advantage of both the technique of Critical Chain Projects Managing （CCPM） and the model of visualizing projects managing -V model, find out the critical chain and set up buffers. Finally,on the base of the integrating CCPM with the V model, improve the projects cluster managing level.
