顾客价值创新是近年来顾客价值研究的热点之一。从顾客价值及顾客价值创新的概念入手,分析了顾客价值创新的原理,提出了进行顾客价值创新的战略途径,并指出顾客价值创新是一个动态过程,企业需要动态管理。
Customer value innovation is a hot topic in the discussion of customer value recently. The article first introduces the concept of customer value and customer value innovation, then analyses the principle of customer value innovation, puts forward the ways of practice the strategy of customer value innovation.
