一种微小数字阀机电转换装置控制器设计 被引量:5

摘要 作为微小数字阀的机电转换装置,将步进电动机的旋转运动转化为阀心的直线运动。根据步进电动机分级连续跟踪算法设计控制器,介绍了控制器的原理及软件设计思路。建立基于BNC2090数据采集系统的测试平台并对转换装置进行测试;实验结果表明由该控制器控制的数字阀具有较好的动态特性。 Step motor is used as electrical-to-mechanical interface of the valve. A special mechanical device was designed to convert the rotation of the step motor into the linear motion of the spool. Algorithm of continual and stage control was applied to dominate step motor. The circuit principle and software composition module of the controller were introduced separately. A test platform of digital servo valve based on BNC2090 was established. It could be seen from curves of dynamic respond for typical signals, there were ideal characteristics of dynamic respond for the micro electrohydraulic digital valve.
