Feed-forward guided generalized predictive control of PMSM drive

摘要 为解决PMSM驱动器的硬性约束问题,特别是驱动器必须保证强大的电机电流的限制及终极驱动力的动态性能,提出一种广义预测(GPC)极点配置前馈控制算法.该方法以前馈控制器的结果作为GPC的一个极点,选择适当的惩罚矩阵,只有在极点附近GPC控制才能提高对前馈控制器的作用.使用10.7 k W的样机验证该理论.实验结果表明:与传统的PI矢量控制相比,基于GPC的前馈链路数字化控制器效果更优. To solve the problem of hard constraints that are imposed on the drive,specifically the drive must secure powerful limitation of motor current and keeps demand for ultimate drive dynamics,this paper resolved this difficulty by smart design of set-points in the GPC criteria and with a feed-forward controller based on model of the drive.The result of this feed-forward controller is then used as a set-point for the GPC.Hence,with properly chosen penalization matrices,the GPC control operates only in close proximity of the set-point and improves over the feed-forward controller.The theoretical conclusions are verified by experiments made on developed drive prototype of rated power of 10.7k W.The results of experiments show excellent behavior of proposed GPC based controller with feed forward link and the data are compared with conventional PI based vector control.
