摘要
提出了数字阀控制器的软硬件设计的基本方法 .数字阀所采用的电 -机械接口元件为步进电机 ,但是为了同时获得高分辨率和高响应速度 ,常规的步进运动已不能满足要求 ,为此提出作为数字阀接口元件的步进电机的控制器设计方法 .该方法通过特殊设计的控制算法实现了步进电动机输出的连续控制 ,从而提高了数字阀的控制精度 。
The general method for the design of the digital valve controller is presented. In the digital valve a stepper motor is adopted as the electrical to mechanical interface. To sustain both response speed and the accuracy, the conventional stepping control can no longer meet the requirements in the digital valve. Therefore, a special algorithm is developed to control the stepper motor continuously. The designs for both the software and hardware of the digital valve controller are discussed.
