摘要
目的探讨脑肿瘤细胞增殖活性及凋亡与人类白细胞抗原-Dr(HLA-Dr)表达的相互关系。方法用免疫组化和原位凋亡细胞检测方法现察分析了44例原发性脑肿瘤。结果增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、Ki-67抗原(Ki-Dr)阳性细胞和凋亡细胞阳性率均为100%,29例(67.2%)表达HLA-Dr。PCNA和Ki-67阳性细胞密度及HLA-Dr阳性率和阳性细胞含量均随肿瘤恶性程度增高而升高,凋亡细胞密度随肿瘤恶性程度增高而减少。HLA-Dr表达水平与PCNA和Ki-67阳性细胞密度呈平行升高,HLA-Dr-、+、++、+++组间的凋亡细胞密度无显著性差异。结论本组结果提示以上四种指标均能较客观反映脑肿瘤的恶性程度,HLA-Dr表达水平与脑肿瘤细胞增殖速度密切相关,细胞增殖与凋亡失衡可能是脑肿瘤发生发展的重要环节。
To study the relationship among Proliferative activity. apoptosis and HLA-Dr expressive level in the cells of human brain tumors. Methods Forty-four primary brain tumors were analyzed by in situs marking apoptosis and immunohistochemistry. Results All of the tumors were positive for PCNA. Ki-67 and apoptosis(100%). 29(67. 2%) expressed HLA-Dr. Either the densities of cells positive for PCNA and Ki-67 or the positive rate and positive cell number of HLA-Dr rose along with the increase in tumor malignancy. The density of apoptotic cells reduced along with the increase in the malignancy. The level of HLA -Dr expression rose parallelly along with the increase in densities of cells positive for PCNA and Ki-67. There was not significant difference among densities of apoptotic cells of HLA -Dr-, +, groups. Conclusions The above results suggest that all of the four targets can objectively reflect malignant grade of brain tumors. The level of HLA-Dr expression correlates closely with proliferative speed of brain tumor cells. The imbalance between cell proliferation and apoptosis may be a key link of formation and progression of brain tumors.
