摘要
通过现有机器人示教方式的分析,提出基于微软XPE的操作系统和PC104平台,设计出友好的工业机器人示教系统。本文对示教系统进行用例分析、需求分析和软件架构设计。基于微软的XPE的开发平台,定制出符合要求XPE操作系统,能更适应机器人示教。应用VS2005设计出友好的人机交互界面,与主控机基于TCP/IP的通讯协议,设计出高科技、友好的机器人示教系统。
Comparing current kinds of teaching methods for robot, an operating system based on Microsoft XPE and a simple teaching system of industrial robot are developed in this paper. In the first place, system test case and software requirements are described in the design of software architecture. Then work out the XPE operating system according to requirements and an appropriate robot teaching system with Microsoft XPE development platform. At the end, TCP/IP communication protocol and a human-computer interface developed by VS2005 are designed to accomplish the high standards robot teaching system.
