摘要
应用Abaqus/Explicit显式动态分析方法仿真某车型变速箱内倒档齿轮传动系统的动态传动过程,全面直观地得到了齿轮传动系统的动态接触压力云图、齿根弯曲应力曲线和振动特性曲线,并对仿真结果进行分析,最后总结了仿真分析在变速箱设计过程中的重要作用。
By the use of Abaqus/Explicit dynamic explicit analysis method, the dynamic transmission process was simulated on the reverse gear transmission system of the gear box of certain typed vehicle. The cloud chart of dynamic contact pressure, the bending stress curve of tooth root and the vibration characteristics curve of gear transmission system were obtained comprehensively and visually. An analysis on the simulation result was carried out, and finally the important effect of simulative analysis in the course of gear box design was summarized.
