摘要
针对11.00R20型全钢载重子午线轮胎,用ABAQUS/Explicit显式求解器,模拟了滚动轮胎通过余弦凹坑的动态过程。分析了轮胎的接地应力,对比了轮胎在平地滚动和在通过凹坑时,轮胎接触力的变化情况,以及带束层帘线受力分布特征的变化。这些结果反映了轮胎的滚动性能,对轮胎的设计有一定的指导作用。
The ABAQUS/Explicit solver was used to simulate the dynamic process of the 11.00R20 tire rolling pass through a cosine shaped pit.Compare with the tire rolling on the flat,the analysis involve the variation of tire contact force and the changes of belt cord force.The results reveal the dynamic characteristics of the tire on rolling,and give some references to the design of the tire.
