摘要
目的：了解福建省志贺菌感染的病原学特征及药敏特点,为细菌性痢疾的防治和临床合理用药提供依据。方法：复核鉴定监测点送检的阳性菌株,按《全国细菌性痢疾监测方案》提供的方法进行系统检测。结果：两年共复核鉴定阳性菌株60株,检出志贺菌41株,其中宋内志贺菌24株,福氏志贺菌17株。分别占检出菌株数的58.5%和41.5%。药敏试验显示,41株志贺菌对头孢噻肟及环丙沙星高度敏感,全部耐药药物为四环素、利福平及复方新诺明。结论：2006～2007年福建省分离的菌株以宋内志贺菌所占比重较大,其次为福氏志贺菌。并对目前常用的抗菌药物表现一定的耐药性,应引起重视。
Objective：To discover the etiological characteristics and antimicrobial susceptibility of Shigella spp.in Fujian province,thus providing suggestion for shigellosis prevention and rational prescriptions in clinics.Methods：Positive Shigella isolates from the surveillance sites were systematically re-identified according to National Protocol of Shigellosis Surveillance.Results：60 positive isolates were re-identified,41 Shigella strains were confirmed,including 24 S.sonnei strains and 17 S.flexneri strains,i.e.58.5% and 41.5% respectively.Susceptibility tests indicated that the 41 Shigella strains were highly sensitive to cefotaxime and ciprofloxacin,but resistant to tetracycline,rifampicin and sulfamethoxazole.Conclusion：The dominant Shigella isolates in Fujian from 2006 to 2007 were S.sonnei,the rest were S.flexneri.Meanwhile,it should be concerned that these isolated strains possessed considerable resistance to common antibiotics.
