摘要
通过NaC、lNa2CO3和KNO3盐分的不同浓度处理,研究了黑麦种子在盐胁迫下的萌发特性。结果表明,NaC l胁迫可延缓种子发芽时间,但发芽率和对照无显著差异;Na2CO3浓度达100 mmol/L时对种子萌发具有显著的抑制作用;NaC l和Na2CO3都抑制了黑麦根系的生长,且Na+相同时抑制作用Na2CO3强于NaC l;同时,低浓度NaC l(20 mmol/L)和Na2CO3(15 mmol/L)均可提高种子活力,促进芽的生长,高浓度则产生抑制作用。KNO3处理促进了黑麦种子萌发和芽的生长,对根系产生抑制作用。
Study the germination characteristics of Secale cereale under saline stresses of NaCl, Na2CO3 and KNO3. The results indicated that the germination time of seed was delayed but the germination rate have not been influenced by NaCl stress. The germination rate rapidly decreased on condition that Na2CO3 concentration reached 100 mmol/L. Compared to ck, all treatments under salt stress limited the growth of shoot, and this influence of Na2CO3 was stronger than NaCl's. Lower concentration of NaCI (20 mmol/L) and Na2CO3 (15 mmol/L) stimulated sprout's growth and enhanced seed' s activity, while higher concentration was opposite. Under KNO3 stress, germination rate and sprout length increased except for shoot length.
