绿豆种子萌发及苗期抗盐性的研究 被引量:30

摘要 绿豆在盐碱地栽培中 ,受盐害最为严重的时期是种子萌发及苗期 .以两个绿豆品种为试验材料 ,比较分析它们的抗盐性 .结果表明 :盐胁迫下 ,绿豆种子相对发芽率、幼苗株高、叶片干重及组织相对含水量与盐浓度之间存在着显著的直线负相关关系 ;而幼苗叶片的电解质外渗率、游离脯氨酸含量及脯氨酸积累量与盐浓度之间存在着显著的直线正相关关系 .不同Na2 CO3 胁迫条件的抗性也存在着显著的差异 根据绿豆种子相对发芽率、幼苗株高、叶片干重、组织相对含水量、电解质外渗率、游离脯氨酸含量及脯氨酸积累量等指标综合评定两个绿豆品种的抗盐能力为 :鹦歌绿 >大明绿 .通过试验还发现 。 When mung beans are cultivated in alkaline soil,mung beans are seriously injuried in seed germination and seedling stage.In this experiment salt resistance of two breeds of mung beans were compared and analysed.The results showed:relative germination,plant height of seedling,dry weight of leaves and relative water content of tissue against salt concentration were significantly linear and negative relation respectively under salt stress,but relations of percolation of seedling's leaves,free proline content and accumualtion of proline with salt concentration were significantly linear and positive respectively.Differences of their resistance were significant under different Na 2CO 3 stress.According to indexes such as relative germination,plant height of seedling and so on.Capacity of salt resistance of two breeds of mung bean was assessed as follows:Ying ge lu>Da ming lu.The Experiment also showed:regressive slopes of seed's germination and growth of various breeds of mung bean in seedling stage,under different salt concentration stress were a reliable index that can evaluate germination of seeds and salt resistan
