Ezrin蛋白与肿瘤的关系 被引量：7

摘要 Ezrin（埃兹蛋白）是ERM蛋自家族中的一员，ERM家族包括ezrin、radxin、moesin、merlin。Ezrin是1981年研究小鸡小肠刷状缘微绒毛细胞骨架的主要成分时首次发现。ERM蛋白家族属于band 4.1家族成员，其成员与红细胞band 4.1前300个残基具有同源性。目前ezrin是ERM蛋白家族中研究最多的一个成员，活化的ezrin蛋白具有连接细胞膜与肌动蛋白丝，参与控制细胞的形态建成、黏附、运动及为细胞的增殖和生存转换生长信号等功能。
