摘要 Ezrin(埃兹蛋白)是ERM蛋白家族(Ezrin-Radxin-Moesin)的一员,是近年来新发现的一种膜细胞骨架连接蛋白。Ezrin参与控制细胞的形态、黏附、运动及细胞的增殖和生存转换生长信号等过程,同时与肺癌及其他多种肿瘤的侵袭力、转移、临床预后有密切关系。现就PTEN在肺癌中的研究进展做简要综述。 Ezrin is one member of the ERM protein family（EzrinRadxinMoesin）,which was discovered as a cytoskeleton link protein in recent years.Ezrin was demonstrated to be involved in controlling cell morphology,adhesion,movement,and for cell proliferation and survival of the growth signals conversion process,as well as lung cancer and other kinds of tumor invasiveness,metastasis and clinical prognosis is closely related.This article gave a brief overview on the PTEN and Ezrin in lung cancer research.
