摘要
该文研究了丁腈橡胶与丁苯橡胶并用胶的性能,探讨了用丁苯橡胶替代部分丁腈橡胶的可能性。结果表明,丁腈橡胶中添加一定量丁苯橡胶对力学性能并没有太大的影响,在某些方面还有提高。对耐油性要求高的橡胶制品,可以少量加入丁苯橡胶,对耐油性影响不大,并可降低成本。对胶料进行了动态热机械分析(DMA)试验,通过对tgδ-温度图分析得出,加入丁苯橡胶可以改善丁腈橡胶的耐疲劳性,但是抗蠕变性下降。
This article discussed the possibility of SBR replacing part of NBR . The result indicated that the mechanical properties have not tremendous influence with SBR in the blend, also has the enhancement in some aspects. To the oil resistance products, few SBR could be added. Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) experiment was carried on. Through tgδ-temperature analysis, SBR could improve bearing fatigue durability, but the anticreep drops.
