摘要
提高EPDM的混炼温度(大于130℃),加入少量活性剂,再加入甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(VMQ)的共混工艺,与常温共混工艺相比,增加了EPDM与VMQ的相容性。实验结果表明,该工艺使共混胶胶相结构细微均匀,减小了EPDM与VMQ硫化速度的差距,降低了共混硫化胶的tgδ,提高了硫化胶的拉伸强度、定伸应力和体积电阻率,降低了永久变形和压缩永久变形。加入偶联剂,效果则更好。
The compatibility between ethylene propylene dienemonomer(EPDM)and vinyl methyl silicon rubber(VMQ)was improved by increasing the temperature(more than l30 ℃)of EPDM,adding a little amount of active agent and then incorporating VMQ.The results showed that the technique accelerated the curing speed of EPDM,decreased the loss tangent of the blend,the phase structure was fine and homogeneous.Tensile strenf the vulcanizate increased,permanentset and compression set decreased.The effect of this technique was obviously improved by adding silicon coupling agent.
