摘要
介绍了一种可用于树脂传递模塑(RTM)成型的雷达罩——改性双马来酰亚胺(BMI)树脂基体4503。研究了树脂的贮存稳定性和反应性、固化树脂及复合材料的力学性能、耐热性和介电性能。结果表明,4503树脂室温粘度较低,为0.38Pas,工作期大于40h,在150℃可进行固化反应。固化树脂和复合材料具有良好的力学性能、耐热性和介电性能,10GHz下的tgδ分别为0.0118和0.014。
Resin transfer molding(RTM) continues to attract attention throughout the aviation industry as an attenative to prepreg for composite part manufacturing. This paper introduces a modified bismaleimide resin system(4503) with attractive RTM processing characteristics. The injection temperature of 4503 is room temperature, the working life of this resin in more than 40 h. In addition, 4503 has good reactivity at the temperature more than 150 ℃. Neat resin data and composite data of RTM manufactured test speciments are given. Results show that they have high heat resistance, good mechanical properties as well as excellent dielectrical properties. The dielectrical loss tangent(tg δ ) is 0.0118 and 0.014(at 10 GHz),respectively. So 4503 is desirable RTM resin system for advanced radomes.
