摘要
采用试验室高剪切乳化机制备不同掺量条件下的有机膨润土改性沥青。通过对改性沥青性能指标的检测,分析了不同掺量条件下有机膨润土对沥青性能的影响,同时通过与钙基膨润土改性沥青性能指标的对比以及对扫描电镜图像差异的分析,论证了有机膨润土作为沥青改性剂的可能性,分析了有机膨润土改善沥青性能的原因。
The organic bentonite modified asphalt with different bentonite content, which are manufactured by high - speed shearing modifier in lab. By means of detection of performance indexes of modified asphalt, the paper analyzes influence of different organic bentonite content on asphalt performance. At the same time by contrast with performance indexes of calcareous bentonite modified asphalt and according to analysis of difference of scanning electron microscope images, the paper demonstrates possibility of organic bentonite as modifying agent for asphalt and analyzes reasons for bentonite to be able to improve the behavior of asphalt.
