膨润土基乳化沥青制备与性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过膨润土乳化、阳离子表面活性剂与膨润土协同乳化、阴离子表面活性剂与膨润土协同乳化、非离子表面活性剂与膨润土协同乳化和表面活性剂复配与膨润土协同乳化五种乳化方式对膨润土基乳化沥青制备与性能进行试验研究。研究结果表明,膨润土乳化、阳离子表面活性剂与膨润土协同乳化不能制备合格乳化沥青;阴离子表面活性剂与膨润土协同乳化、非离子表面活性剂与膨润土协同乳化能够制备合格乳化沥青,但混合料性能不佳;采用膨润土、十二烷基硫酸钠和NP-10复配协同乳化制备乳化沥青性能和混合料性能良好。 Experimental study on preparation and performance of bentonite emulsion asphalt were carried out through five emulsifying styles: bentonite emulsification, cationic surfactant with bentonite emulsification, anionic surfactant with bentonite emulsification, non-ionic surfactants with bentonite emulsification, and surfactant compound with emulsion with bentonite. Experimental results showed that bentonite emulsification and cationic surfactant with bentonite emulsification could not prepare qualified emulsified asphalt, while nionic surfactant with bentonite emulsification and non-ionic surfactants with bentonite emulsification could prepare qualified emulsified asphalt, but asphalt mixture performances were not good. Good performance of emulsified asphalt and mix were prepared through bentonite, Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate and NP-10.
