延时老化试验研究纳米碳酸钙对沥青抗老化性能的影响 被引量:4

Study on the Effect of Nano-CaCO_3 on Anti-aging Performance of Asphalt by Delayed Aging Test

摘要 为提高纳米碳酸钙与沥青的相容性,采用硬脂酸对纳米碳酸钙进行湿法有机改性.分别对基质沥青和纳米碳酸钙改性沥青进行5,10,20和30h延时薄膜老化试验.采用蠕变恢复试验研究老化前后沥青的蠕变劲度模量和蠕变恢复率,并采用红外光谱仪和动态剪切流变仪对其化学结构和复合粘度进行研究.试验结果表明,NCa和SNCa能延缓90号基质沥青老化过程羰基含量、亚砜基含量以及粘度的增加,且SNCa较NCa具有更好的改性效果;TFOT延时老化,对NCa改性沥青和SNCa改性沥青的不可恢复蠕变柔量和蠕变恢复百分比的影响显著小于基质沥青.NCa和SNCa能够有效缓解老化过程沥青的硬化,提高沥青的抗老化性能,且SNCa对沥青抗老化性能的提高效果显著优于NCa. In order to improve the compatibility of nano-CaCO3 with asphalt,stearic acid was used to organically modify nano calcium carbonate by wet method.The matrix asphalt and nano-CaCO3 modified asphalt were tested for 5,10,20 and 30 h delay film aging respectively.Creep stiffness modulus and creep recovery rate of asphalt before and after aging were studied by creep recovery test,and its chemical structure and composite viscosity were studied by infrared spectrometer and dynamic shear rheometer.The test results show that NCa and SNCa can delay the increase of the carbonyl,sulfoxide and viscosity of the 90JHJ base asphalt during aging,and the SNCa has better modification effect than that of NCa.After TFOT time-lapse aging test,the influence of aging on the creep stiffness modulus and creep recovery rate of asphalt binders with NCa and SNCa is much less than that of base asphalt.Therefore,both NCa and SNCa can effectively alleviate the hardening of asphalt during aging,and improve the anti-aging performance of asphalt.In addition,the improvement effect of SNCa is significantly better than that of NCa.
