摘要
在含硫天然气的净化处理中,醇胺法因其具有处理量大的优点而得到广泛应用,但无论使用哪一种醇胺溶液作脱硫溶剂,都存在溶液发泡的可能性。溶液发泡将带来净化气中H2S含量超标、环境污染加剧、装置处理能力下降、溶剂损耗急剧增加等问题。为此进行了醇胺法脱硫装置溶液的发泡研究,介绍了溶液发泡的判断及测试方法,分析了溶液发泡的原因、影响因素,并提出了溶液发泡的预防及控制措施。
Amine sweetening units have been widely used for H2S absorption because of disposing a large quantity of sour gas. No matter what kind of amine solvent is used in the natural gas purification process, there is possibility for foaming, which will result in an excessively high content of H2S, worsening environment pollution, decreasing the disposal ability, sharply increasing the consumption of solvents, and so on. Through an investigation into the foaming phenomenon in amine desulfurization unit, this paper introduces the methods of judging and testing on the foaming of solution, and analyzes the reasons and influencing factors of solution foaming, and puts forward the prevention and control measures for this issue.
