摘要
琥乙红霉素作为一种广谱抗生素受到广泛重视,寻找简便、易操作的测定方法成为当前研究的热点。本文综述了国内外历年来对琥乙红霉素的含量测定方法:高效液相色谱法,分光光度法,电化学法,差示旋光测定法,比浊法等,并对各个方法的优缺点进行了阐述,以便为以后该类药物的研究提供参考。
Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate gains extensive attention as a kind of broad - spectrum antibiotics. Searching for a simple, handy determination method has been the focal point of recent researchers. The determining methods of erythromycin ethylsuccinate that have been applied at home and abroad over the years were summarized, such as HPLC, spectrephotometry, electrochemical process, differential polarimetry, turbidimetry etc. The merits and demerits of these methods were stated so as to offer a reference to the future research on such drugs.
