摘要
用K2TiF6、KBF4、RE分别或对ZA27合金变质处理。试验表明:在砂铸情况下,用K2TiF6、KBF4、RE进行变质处理是提高ZA27合金塑韧性的有效方法,其中以K2TiF6+KBF4的效果最好。此外,对变质处理细化晶粒的机理进行了研究,研究表明:TiAl3、AlB2、AlCe、Al2Ce等可作为α相生核的衬底,显著细化α相。
The modification of alloy ZA27 using K 2TiF 6 KBF 4 and RE has been investigated,The experiment results obtained shows that the way is efficience for enchancing the ductility of alloy ZA27 under the condition of sand casting,and the effect of modification for alloy ZA27 using K 2TiF 6+KBF 4 is comparatively good The mechanisms of grain refinement in the alloy have been also studied TiAl 3 AlB 2 AlCe and Al 2Ce can be used as the crystal ling for α phase which will refine α phase remarkbly
