摘要
研究了锰对ZA-27合金的组织及高温机械性能的影响。结果表明,添加适量的锰后,在晶界处形成了大量硬且分散的复杂化合物,从而使合金强化,尤其是使合金在150~180℃时的热强性明显提高。
The influence of Mn on the microstructure and the high temperature mechanical properties of ZA-27 alloys has been investigated. The results show that, with addition of Mn,a lot of hard dispersed complex compounds are separated at the grain boundaries, resulting in the strengthening of ZA-27 alloys, especially the high temperature tensile strength at 150-180℃.
