摘要
在对大量钻柱构件失效事故的失效分析结果进行综合统计和分析的基础上,采用断裂力学方法,研究了钻柱构件的主要失效模式及失效模式与材料韧性的相关性,提出和验证了防止钻柱构件早期失效、提高疲劳寿命和安全可靠性的韧性要求.
Based on the basis of statistical failure analysis of drill stem elements the main failure types and the relationship between failure types and toughness are investigated by using a fracture mechanics approach. The toughness requirements of drill stem elements are proposed and validated for preventing the premature failure, extending fatigue life, and increasing safety and reliability.
