摘要
论述应用三维有限元位移法,对不同型号钻杆公接头台肩转角处不同形态半椭圆表面裂纹在内压、拉伸、弯曲和扭转载荷下应力强度因子进行计算的方法。在大量有限元数值计算的基础上,给出包括公接头结构参数及裂纹形态参数在内的应力强度因子的近似计算公式。
This article describes how to use the 3-D finite element displacement method to calculate the stress intensity factor of the semi-elliptic surface cracks of different shapes at the shoulder fillet of various tool joint pins under inner pressure and loads of tension,bending and torsion. On the basis of a large number of calculations,the article presents an approximate equation for calculating the stress intensity factor including the structural parameters of the pinand the shape parameters of the cracks.
