摘要
对46例临床确诊的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者进行了运动神经传导速度(MCV)测定,其中20例同时作了脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检查。结果发现MCV减慢,异常率是78.26%,下肢异常率高于上肢,而且大多数是多发性神经病。MCV使糖尿病周围神经病的诊断率由39%上升至78.26%,并能初步了解神经病变的范围。BAEP的异常率是60%,它可反映中枢神经系统的功能性损害。研究发现患者的MCV和BAEP与血糖值及病程长短无显著关系。本文认为MCV和BAEP对早期诊断糖尿病患者的周围神经病变和中枢神经病变是有价值的。
Motor conduction velocity (MCV) was deleted in 46 patients with diabetes mellitus of Type Ⅱ, and brain stem auditory evoked potencial (BAEP) in 20 of the patients. MCV was decreased with an abnormality rate of 78. 26%. The abnormality rate of the lower extremities was higher than that of the upper extremities, and most of them were peripheral polyneuropathy. The diagnosis rate for diabetic peripheral neuropathy was increased from 39% to 78. 26% by useing MCV, and the rane of the neuropathy could also be initially understood. The abnormality rate of BAEP was 60% in diabetes mellitus, it could reflect the functional damage of the central never system. No apparent relation of MCV and BAEP to blood sugar value and the course of the disease was noted. This study indicated that MCV and BAEP might be valuable in the early diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and central neuropathy.
