摘要
目的 探讨轻中度高血压患者脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)的改变。方法 对 76例Ⅰ级 (轻度 )和Ⅱ级 (中度 )高血压患者进行BAEP检查。结果 轻中度高血压患者尚无器质性脑功能改变时即已存在BAEP的异常 ,总异常率为 6 8%。
Objective To explore the change of brain stem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) at the early stage of hypertension patients of grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ.Methods BAEP was studied in 76 patients with early stage hypertension.Results At the early stage of hypertension, patients' BAEP were abnormal and the abnormality rate of BAEP increased as hypertension aggravated.Conclusion It is concluded that at the early stage of hypertension patients, BAEP is abnormal, it suggesting that BAEP might be served as an objective index for predicting early cerebral vascular diseases.
