摘要
为评价男女冠心病患者听神经和脑千听传导路的损害,检测了42例男性和38例女,性冠心病患者的脑干听觉诱发电位。结果显示,男性冠心病组v波潜伏期及Ⅰ~v、Ⅲ~v波峰间期明显延迟;女性冠心病组1、Ⅲ、v波潜伏期明显延迟,但各波峰间期正常。在男、女冠心病组,1波异常率分别为54.8%、42.1%;波峰间期异常率分8tI为11.9%、17.8%。提示不同性别冠心病患者存在不同的听神经和听传导路损害。
Brainstem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP) were recorded in 42 males and 38 females coronary heart disease (CHD) to elucidate the involvement of the auditory nerve and auditory brainstem pathway. The results showed that the peak latency (PL ) of v and the interpeak latencies (IPLs ) of Ⅰ ~ Ⅴ and Ⅲ ~ Ⅴ in the CHD males were prolonged significantly , compared with the male controls. The PLs of I , Ⅲ , V in the CHD females were also prolonged than those of female controls. ln CHD male group and CHD female group, abnormal recordings were present in 54. 8% and 42.1% of I wave , respectively ; in 11. 9% and 17. 8% of one or more IPLs, repectively. These results confirmed the neuropathy at different levels of the auditory pathway in the CHD males and females.
