Optimization of Chlorogenic Acid Extraction from Arctium lappa Linn Leaves by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以牛蒡叶为原料提取绿原酸,探讨乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、温度因素对绿原酸得率的影响。应用Box-Behnken中心组合实验和响应面分析法,确定了牛蒡叶中的绿原酸最佳提取条件为温度76℃、乙醇浓度31%、料液比29倍。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of ethanol concentration, proportion of material to solution, extraction time and extraction temperature on the yield of chlorogenic acid from Arctiam lappa leaves. By the Box-Behnken centre-united experiment design and response surface methodology, the optimum extraction conditions were developed, which were ethanol concentration 31%, extraction temperature at 76 ℃, proportion of material to solution being 29: 1.
