摘要
非物质文化遗产经济价值在现行法律制度中没有得到保护,于是出现了大量的"文化海盗"现象。拟对"文化海盗"现象进行法理分析,并且对非物质文化遗产的立法完善提出一些具体构想。
Intangible cultural heritage in the economic value of the existing legal system is not protected, so there has been massive ＂culture of piracy＂. To be the ＂culture of piracy,＂ a legal analysis of the phenomenon, and of the intangible cultural heritage to improve the legislation is put forward.
