摘要
促进竞技体育的进一步发展是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然需要,增强竞技体育的总体竞争力和可持续发展能力,要着眼于体育后备人才的培养。目前体育运动学校面临着体育后备人才招生困难、学训问题、出路问题及提升体育后备人才培养质量等问题。
Promoting the further development of competitive sports is inevitably demand to build a harmonious socialist society. To enhance the overall competitiveness and sustainable development capacity,of competitive sports it is necessary to focus on the training of athletes. This article based on the actual Hangzhou and in combination with other district sports reserve personnel training experience and models. From Hangzhou sports reserve personnel training status quo, we reflect on issues in sports reserve on the current talent recruitment difficulties, the issue of school training, the out problem and the quality of personnel training athletes.
