摘要
随着我国社会转型的不断深化,竞技体育后备人才培养的可持续发展成为制约我国竞技体育进一步发展的关键。本文在吸收和借鉴可持续发展理论系统学研究方向成果的基础上,采用文献研究与调查访谈相结合的方法,分析、构建了我国竞技体育后备人才培养可持续发展理论的基本框架。
With the deepening of Chinese social transition,the sustainable development in cultivation of sports talents' reserve has become a decisive factor that limits the further development of Chinese sports.On the basis of findings from the systematic school of sustainable development theory,by methods of documentary research and interviews,the authors of this paper make analysis and try to build a frame for the theory of sustainable development in cultivation of Chinese sports talents' reserve.
