摘要
采用文献资料及调查研究的方法 ,对中国竞技体育可持续发展与后备人才培养进行了研究。认为 ,竞技体育与经济的可持续发展存在着互动效应 ,体育的协调发展是竞技体育可持续发展的基础 ,后备人才资源是竞技体育可持续发展的首要资源。
By the method of literature summary, the authors do research on the sustainable development of the Chinese sports and the training of reserves, and then think that the sustainable development of sports economy interacts on each other, coordinative development of sports is the basis of its sustainable development and reserves resources are the resources of the first importance.
