通过化学试验及动物试验证明大蒜油具有降低色拉油中POV值、提高动物红细胞内SOD活力、降低红细胞中的MDA含量、提高血液中GSH-Px活力等抗氧化性能,并且一定剂量的大蒜油还对体重增加具有一定的促进作用.
Experiments show the Antioxidative action of garlic oil.It effects lowered POV in soybean oil,improved SOD and reduced MDA in animal cells, and more activating GSH Px in blood.And a certain amount of garlic oil in ones food will contribute to the increase in ones weight.
