摘要
提出了步进驱动系统的复合控制方法和以此为基础开发的新型高精度步进复合控制系统。其主要特点是,既具有全闭环系统的控制精度,又具有开环系统的稳定性,并且具有很广的适用范围,可对各种类型的数控机床实现以高精度、高稳定性和优良的动态性能为特征的全闭环位置控制。该系统已在数十台国产数控机床上进行了应用,在复杂精密零件加工方面取得了良好效果。
A compound control method of stepping system and a novel high-accuracy compound stepping control system is proposed. It has closed-loop system accuracy and open-loop system stability. It is suited to various high-accuracy and high stable mumerically-controlled machine tools. Practical applications in several NC machine tools show its good effect.
