摘要
通过网络与信函等方式,共调查重点院校15所,普通高校近85所,全面总结了目前国内高校《食品生物化学》教学的现状,针对教学内容、教学方法与手段、教材选用、实验教学、双语教学、多媒体教学等方面,归纳和分析了本课程教学的内在规律和特色之处,指出了各高校之间的差异和不足之处,并提出相应的改进措施和建议。
Educational actuality including curricula experimental teaching, China-English education and university and 85 ordinary university were investigated. contents, teaching methods and means, choice of book, multimedia teaching of Food Biochemistry of 15 key The eharacteristie, difference and shortage between the universities were analyzed and measures improved and suggestions were also put forward.
