基于UMAC高速木材复合加工中心控制系统的研究

摘要 随着科技的进步,高新技术在木工机械行业的应用也越来越广泛.尤其是数控技术和高速切削(HSC)技术的使用,为高效利用木材资源,加强环境保护发挥了重要作用.高速木材复合加工中心是木工机械行业的关键装备,文中阐述了当代木材加工行业的发展现状,分析了高速木材复合加工中心控制系统的原理,并且以UMAC为核心器件,在配合其硬件和软件的基础上开发了一种用于高速木材复合加工中心控制系统.该控制系统具有性能稳定、高速高效、结构简单、配置灵活等优点. Along with the technical progress, the high and new technology is also getting more and more widespread in the woodworking machinery profession's application. Especially the technical are of the NC technology and the high-speed cutting (HSC) plays an inftuential roal rde in making effective use of timber resourcesand in strengthening the environmental protection. The high speed lumber compound machining center was the woodworking machinery profession key equipment, this paper elaborates the present development Qituation of the contemporary woodworking profession, analyzes the princple of the high speed lumber compound machining center control system, takes UMAC as the core component and develops control system used in the high speed lumber compound machining center by combining its harduare with its soft wase. This control system has many advantages such as a stable performance, high speed high effect, simple structure and flexible configuration.
