简要概述了UMAC的特点,介绍了UMAC控制下Z轴伺服系统的设计,重点对系统调试过程中遇到的问题进行了讨论,主要有上位机与UMAC通讯、Z轴回零位置偏差、Z轴回零啸叫、PID调节等。
This paper summarizes the characteristic of UMAC, introduces the design of servo system of axis Z under controlling of UMAC, discusses some questions about system debugging emphatically, including communication between UMAC and PC, zero position error of axis Z, noise on axis Z homing and PID adjusting, etc..
