摘要
采用数控系统对X52K铣床进行改造是提高其加工能力的重要手段之一。提出了以工控机为核心,采用PMAC2-Lite运动控制器的双CPU数控系统在X52K铣床数控改造中的应用。叙述了软、硬件的组成和结构,并给出了设计框图。
Carries on the numerical control transformation to X52K milling machine is an important method for developing its processing ability. Proposed a double CPU numerical control system that takes the industry control computer and movement controller PMAC2 - Lite. The composition and structure of soft and hardware have been introduced, and the design diagram has been produced.
