摘要
劳动者的就业观对就业状况有着重要影响,建国以来,就业观经历了从计划就业观到市场就业观的演变。在当前构建社会主义和谐社会与努力实现社会就业比较充分的背景下,就业观有必要实现从市场就业观到和谐就业观的转变,共同发挥政府、劳动力市场、企业与劳动者促进就业的合力,有效构建和谐劳动关系,努力实现社会就业比较充分,为构建社会主义和谐社会奠定坚实的基础。
As the employment viewpoint has significant influence on the employment situation, the paper makes an examination of the employment viewpoint since 1949. It argues that there experienced a change from employment viewpoint of planned economy to the one of market economy. Given the present background of constructing socialist harmony society and achieving full employment, the employment viewpoint of market economy should change to the one of harmony society. So the paper proposes that the resultant forces of government, labor market, enterprise and labor should develop and harmonious labour relations should be built to try to achieve full employment and provide a concrete base for socialist harmonious society.
