摘要
本文在简要分析我国高等教育大众化发展情况后,就我国高等教育大众化阶段的大学毕业生的就业特点进行分析,在此基础上讨论我国高等教育大众化阶段的大学毕业生就业观。本文认为,我国高等教育大众化阶段的大学毕业生就业观,应改变“狭义”的就业观,树立“广义”的就业观;改变“一次选择定终身”的择业观,树立动态的“终身”择业观;改变“选择工作岗位”的观念,树立“创造工作岗位”的观念。
Based on simple analyses of our higher education massification development, our university graduates,employment characteristics and viewpoints during the period of higher education massification are discussed in the paper. Some suggestions on the university graduates, employment viewpoints during the period of our higher education massification are put forward : 'broad sense' of employment viewpoint rather than 'narrow sense' one; 'lifelong' employment viewpoint rather than 'one-selection-decide-whole-life' one; the viewpoints of creating work posts rather than those of selecting work posts.
