摘要
糖皮质激素作为肾上腺皮质激素,是一种重要的作用于全身的应激激素,其通过与靶细胞内的糖皮质激素受体结合产生信号传递,最终发挥生物学作用,临床上广泛用于多种疾病的治疗。但在临床治疗的同时也产生了很多副作用。糖皮质激素对消化道黏膜,尤其是胃黏膜有损伤作用,且具有症状轻而出血率高、穿孔率高和死亡率高等特点。临床上把应用外源性糖皮质激素治疗疾病而诱发的消化性溃疡称为类固醇性溃疡。
Glucocorticoid hormones is a adrenocortical hormone, as well as an important stress hormones. Combination of glucocorticoid hormones with Glucocorticoid receptor play a role in anti-inflammation and immunosuppression. Glucocorticoid hormones have been used effectively in many diseases, whereas it caused many side effects at the same time. Glucocorticoids induced damage in gastrointestinal mucosa （particularly the gastric mucosa） with bleeding, perforation and high mortality but mild symptoms. In this review we discussed peptic ulcer caused by glucocorticoid hormones.
