摘要
通过对高温高压干熄焦余热锅炉中附加受热面(水冷壁)和主受热面传热系数的分析,结果表时,在干熄焦余热锅炉中,附加受热面的传热系数约为主受热面的40%.如果按照热力计算标准的规定,将会导致较大的偏差,并且在利用热力计算结果进行水动力计算时也会引起较大误差.
The heat transfer conditions on additional surface and main heating surface were analysed. The results indicate that the heat transfer coefficient of the additional heating surface accounts for 40% of that of the main heating surface, which is of great difference from the assumption of equality of heat transfer coefficients for both the bundle and its additional heating surface, in Colle. Dry Quending waste-heat bojler. So such assumption may lead to certain errors in thermal and hydrodynamic calculation.
