摘要
根据大容量塔式锅炉的结构特点对其热力计算方法做了分析,指出了塔式锅炉与П型锅炉在热力计算方法上的不同之处。并依托面向对象设计方法分析了热力计算程序的设计模式。依此模式使用基于对象的VB 6.0软件编制了具有算法替代性的塔式锅炉热力计算程序。最后利用该程序对1台1 000MW塔式炉进行了校核计算,运用流程迭代的计算方法对各种系数、附加受热面吸热量、炉膛出口烟温等参数做了推算。
The structural features and thermal calculation method of large capacity tower type boiler is analyzed in this page. The different of thermal calculation method between tower type boiler and rI type boiler is also pointed out. Use the oriented-object method to analyze the design pattern of thermal calculation program, and depends on these patterns, write the program by visual basic 6.0 which is based on object. In the end of the page, calculate a 1 000 MW tower type boiler by this program and get the furnace exit gas temperature, different kinds of empirical coefficient and the heat absorption of extra-surface.
