摘要
激励和约束、促进交易是产权的两大重要功能。中国农地产权的这两个方面功能还没有得到充分发挥,其原因在于土地产权存在诸多缺陷。改革的方向是重新界定产权主体,赋予农民更完整更持久的产权。
Driving and restraining, promoting transaction are two important functions of property rights. These two functions of Chinese agricultural land property tights have not been fully exploited, because there are many shortcomings in farmland property rights. The direction of the reform is to redefine the main body of property tights, giving farmers more complete and durable property rights.
